Refund and Returns Policy
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery by following these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damage, including the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Email us at contact@proverbsprincess.co with your order number and photos.
- Do not discard the item or packaging until we’ve reviewed your case and confirmed next steps.
If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible (e.g., the item is out of stock).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please double-check item details before placing your order.
Cosmetic & Personal Care Products
Due to health and safety regulations, all sales are final for cosmetic and personal care products.
If your item is defective (e.g., damaged packaging, leakage), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement in such cases.
Please carefully review product details and ingredients before purchasing to ensure the product is suitable for your needs.
Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, Printables, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads once the item has been accessed, downloaded, or the course has been started.
However, if you encounter any issues with the digital product (such as broken links, errors in content, or files not working), please contact us. We will be happy to assist you with troubleshooting.
Please make sure to carefully review product details and descriptions before purchasing to ensure that it meets your needs.
Gifts
We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for any items, including gifts.
However, if the gift recipient receives a damaged or defective item, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
In such cases, the gift giver (the person who purchased the item) must initiate the request by contacting us with the necessary details and photos.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, you will be refunded for the item only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Marked as delivered
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your shipping provider or local post office. We are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages.
